CO ASCD's

TEACHER LEADERSHIP

Micro-credentials

premium perk

CO ASCD offers Teacher Leadership Micro-credentials, aligned with the Teacher Leadership Model Standards created by the Teacher Leadership Exploratory Consortium and CO ASCD. Through carefully designed courses, you can hone your skills and start your journey towards better leadership.

It should come as no surprise that students in schools with the highest levels of instructional and teacher leadership perform at least 10 percentage points higher in both Mathematics and English Language Arts proficiency on their state assessments, when compared to schools with low leadership (New Teacher Center). Are you ready to put that statistic to the test?

ADDIE Model

The Teacher Leadership Micro-credentials use the ADDIE Model. They Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate to create a personalized, meaningful way to enhance the leadership skill-sets needed to create transformational change.

Each cohort is facilitated with a collaborative space to receive feedback along the way from peers, the facilitator, and assessors spanning over a 6 to 8 week time frame. CO ASCD will be with you every step of the way as you actualize your growth as you lead from the classroom.
