Dr. Robin Wisniewski is a clinical and school psychologist, and director of education systems improvement at RTI International. Since 1992, she has taught 132 college courses, presented over 300 sessions, and worked in 20 states and internationally in areas of leadership, literacy, curriculum, disability, and diversity.

Nancy has worked as a teacher, librarian, and Learning & Innovation Specialist in PreK-12 for over 20 years. She is passionate about helping teachers to become designers of learning, and helping them to help students develop essential 21st century skills and own their learning.

Dr. Melissa Gibson-Steiner is passionate about supporting all educators to educate every student. She is a district Special Programs Coordinator and has been an administrator, coach, and classroom teacher for 20 years. As a results-oriented strategic leader, she collaboratively plans and designs effective programs and systems that make a difference. As a board member of CO ASCD, she strives to support all educators in their journey of educating their students.

Cynthia believes every student has a unique voice that only requires a nurturing space to fill.  Her goal as a middle school educator for the past 11 years has been to seek out the voices of all children, especially those of historically underserved student populations, and give them a platform. She has extended this goal to include professional development for fellow educators in creating inclusive and equitable classrooms to improve engagement and academic achievement. She has a BA in biology, a minor in sociology, a license in Secondary Science, and recently acquired her Principal License.  She is currently completing her MA in Educational Leadership at UCCS.  As board president of Educating Children of Color and D20 Student Liaison, she has also been able to extend the mission of dismantling the cradle to prison pipeline through education to include students in northern Colorado Springs.

Michael Steiner teaches 6th grade math at Chinook Trails Middle School in Academy District 20 in Colorado Springs.

Dr. Ceri Dean has provided training, coaching, and technical assistance to educators at all levels of the education system for 30+ years. She taught mathematics, developed and delivered 300+ workshops on topics including leadership, school improvement, and instruction; and authored a book, a toolkit, and many reports.

Anita is an award winning French Teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in Curriculum Development, Teacher Training, Staff Development, Working With Children, and Teaching. Strong education professional with a B.A. Honours, B.Ed. and Master's degree focused in French Language and Literature. 

I am a third generation educator, who has been a teacher, principal, and am now assistant superintendent for curriculum and instruction. I am passionate about supporting educators to continually improve teaching and learning so that our students are prepared to take advantage of any opportunity that presents itself.

As a former teacher and ed tech professional, I am fascinated by how people learn; I welcome opportunities to support educators with tools and resources that empower them foster critical thinking and encourage choice in their classrooms.

Jeremy is a former middle school educator, school administrator and currently serves as the senior manager, talent acquisition for Denver Public Schools.  He is currently completing his doctoral dissertation from the University of Michigan with his research focused on the lived experiences of Black males earning industry credentials within Career and Technical Education programs.  He is truly passionate about the recruitment and retention of educators of color, ensuring that ALL students have what they need to be successful, and understanding how we bridge the achievement gap within our students of color. 

Jill Lewis is a passionate educator, consultant, and strategist of educational systems. Since 1996, she has worked throughout the United States and internationally developing professional learning for all areas of curriculum, data processes, and leadership PK-adult learning.
